Registration & Payment

How do I register for a Volleylink volleyball camp?
Registration is completed online on our website. Choose your preferred participant pack (Player, Pro Player, or Parent/Family), fill out the registration form, and follow the secure payment instructions (credit card or bank transfer). Early bird and group discounts are available.

What is the payment process?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due 30 days before camp. Payment can be made securely online.

What is the cancellation policy?
– Cancel more than 60 days before camp: Full refund (minus admin fee)
– Cancel 30–60 days before camp: 50% refund
– Cancel within 30 days: No refund
– Medical emergencies (with documentation): Transfer to another camp or credit for future events

Are discounts available?
Yes! We offer early bird, group, and returning camper discounts. Reach out for details on current promotions.

Camp Program & Schedule

What does a typical camp day look like?
– Morning & afternoon volleyball training (technical/tactical)
– Specialized clinics (serving, blocking, team strategy)
– Individual feedback and video analysis
– Evening activities: friendly matches, team-building, entertainment
– Free time for relaxation or exploring Rhodes
– Organized excursions and cultural visits

Who are the coaches?
Our coaches are experienced, certified professionals, including former pro players and international trainers. Each session features individual feedback and video analysis.

Accommodation & Facilities

Where do participants stay?
All participants and families are accommodated at a 5-star hotel in Rhodes, with options for single, double, or family rooms. Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is included. Hotel amenities feature Wi-Fi and a fitness center.

What are the training facilities like?
Training takes place in modern, air-conditioned sports halls with top-quality volleyball equipment.
Note: The sports facility does NOT have a swimming pool or recreation area.

Entertainment & Extra Activities

What activities are included outside of volleyball?
– Excursions to local sights and beaches
– Social events: welcome party, awards ceremony, cultural evenings

Health, Safety & Camp Rules

What health and safety measures are in place?
On-site medical staff and certified first aid personnel are always available. Health forms are required for all participants. COVID-19 protocols are followed per current guidelines.

What are the camp rules?
– All participants must show respect, punctuality, and good sportsmanship at all times.
– Full participation in scheduled training, workshops, and activities is expected.
– No alcohol, smoking, or inappropriate behavior is allowed during the camp.
– Participants must adhere to staff instructions and safety guidelines.
– Personal belongings are the responsibility of each participant.
– Use of mobile phones is limited during training and group activities.
– Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
– Parents and visitors are allowed only in designated areas and times.

Location & Transportation

Where is the camp located?
The camp is based on Rhodes Island, Greece, easily accessible from Rhodes International Airport. Airport transfers to the hotel/camp can be arranged.
