The Privacy Policy covers all personal data of interested persons (such as -indicatively mentioned- employees, associates, suppliers and subcontractors, athletes, coaches, athletes), which the COMPANY collects, processes, and manages in the context of its activities.

Need for consent

In some cases, the COMPANY may approach you to obtain your written consent so that some particularly sensitive data can be processed. In addition, it restricts access to your personal information to those employees, contractors/contractors, and other third parties who need to know about the business.
